Our StoryOwners Millene Michel and Mary Ellen Volz met working for another studio when they realized they had the same goals and passions: dance, children and a need to inspire others. TDC started out in 1991 at the Knights of Columbus hall in Flanders with a few classes and 35 students. Today TDC is an award winning, community serving, studio with over 500 students and thousands of alumni who have gone on to pursue dance through college and as a profession.

We strive to present our students with the training to become strong, well rounded dancers. We provide our dancers with the technical base and knowledge to continue dancing throughout their lives; whether it is just for fun, through college or as a career. We create an inspiring and nurturing environment where our dancers gain confidence, grace and determination to take with them throughout their lives.

Our Facility |
Our State-of-the-Art facility was created with the dancers and families in mind. The space offers four spacious dance studios, comfortable waiting area with cafe tables, a flat screen television and vending machines. Dancers and their families can stretch out and enjoy our trophy room, large dressing room, viewing windows and much more. Dance rooms are equipped with a floating floor system and non-slip dance surface, professional ballet barres and variable speed stereo systems.
